• Not resell or transfer the puppy without notifying Frenchie Noble
• Return the puppy to Frenchie Noble if you can no longer care for it

3. Health Guarantee

Frenchie Noble provides a health guarantee for all puppies sold. The guarantee terms include:

• Puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before adoption
• Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming
• Health guarantee covers serious genetic defects for up to 1 year
• Health guarantee does not cover common minor ailments or improper care
• Full health guarantee details will be provided at time of adoption

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment terms:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy
• Full payment is due before the puppy goes home
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved payment methods
• Prices do not include shipping or delivery fees (if applicable)

5. Reservation and Deposit Policy

To reserve a puppy:

• Deposit amount is 20% of the puppy's price
• Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable to another litter
• If you change your mind, the deposit will not be refunded
• If the puppy becomes unavailable due to health issues, deposit is refundable

6. Shipping and Delivery

If you require shipping/delivery:

• Shipping costs are additional and quoted separately
• We use licensed, professional pet transport services
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs
• Puppies travel with health certificate and necessary documentation

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
